OUR GOAL
South Mississippi Cross of Christ Foundation plans to build and maintain a roadside Cross along Highway 98 or a significant highway in South Mississippi. The site of the cross will be a beacon of light for thousands traveling each day and provide a place to rest, meditate, and pray.
It will also be a reminder of the sacrifice that our Lord and Saviour made for everyone.

Our prayer is that it will sow a seed for salvation to those who are lost and a reminder of God's Love and Sacrifice and bring people to Christ. ​The cross will measure 120' tall and 65' wide and will be visible day and night.
The projected cost of the cross will be approximately $250,000.00 for the metal cross and around $50,000.00 estimated for land, parking area, covered pavilion, donation/information box, and landscaping. This brings the total to approximately $300,000.00.

There will be recurring expenses that the foundation will also need to provide for through donations and annual membership dues.
